The month of Fair food, and back to school shopping!
For us, because we homeschool, not much changes, it’s just a lot hotter and we have two birthdays this month so we plan extra dessert nights for those.
The way I plan my menu is simple. You can Pin it Here to save it for later.
15 meals each for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Our kids have a snack every day at 3 pm to cut down on their hobbit meals (Second breakfast anyone?), and on Movie Night we have popcorn and sometimes a smoothie.

Matcha Overnight Oats…Love me some MATCHA!
Biscuits (either with homemade gravy or refrigerator jam)
Fried Eggs and Veggies…probably twice in the month
Instant Pot Ranchero Beans and Quinoa…Seriously, the long soak(with ACV or Lemon Juice) helps make them not a musical fruit!
Slow Cooker Greek Style Green Beans and Chicken…I use chicken breasts
Black Bean and Corn Salsa with Chicken and rice
Easy Basic Marinade- Chicken
Homemade Pizza…The crust will be any I can find until I find one we love.
Taco Pizza with Black Bean Crust….I will use Salsa instead of the queso here, maybe mixed with greek yogurt and then add toppings.
Chef Salad with homemade ranch…all over Pinterest.
