My name is Nicole Burch.
I married my husband, Alan, in 2008. We have been abundantly blessed with 6 living children who range in age from 10 years – 1 year old. We have experienced both miscarriage and stillbirth in our parenting journey, and we feel deeply for anyone walking the path of loss, but we are here to say that there is hope.
We live in the western part of the great state of Montana, in a tiny town nestled into the mountain side along the Clark Fork River. On our three-acre homestead in the making we currently raise chickens, Rex Rabbits and Muscovy ducks. We plan on adding Bees, and goats as time goes on, along with the large garden plans I have for spring 2020.
Otherwise, I am your typical homeschooling mom of a large family, with atypical challenges like special needs, gluten allergies, and PTSD from military servic in my husband.
I am also the author of two books, If I Were Deployed (a Children’s book I wrote during my husband’s active duty military Service) and The Easy Start Guide to Gluten Freedom. you can find both books on Amazon.
I am the founder of the Gluten FREEdom Movement, and my goal is to help you put the FREEDOM back into the gluten free lifestyle!
